Bridge to Disqus / Wordpress

Hey there,

I want to bridge Xenforo with my Wordpress-Comments. I'm using Disqus. What I'd love to have is the following setup:

• Each new WP article automatically generates a new thread in the message board.
• The comments in that thread are synched with disqus comments. So a user posts via disqus and the comment appears in the message board and vice versa.

Is that possible? Thanks!

There are 2 or 3 wordpress bridge addons. Maybe they might be able to do that

If the WP articles have their own rss feed, you will be able to use the XF rss feed importer which creates automatically a thread based on the rss feed. But just with bare minimum information which is available to the feed.

For the disqus thing you might look into those bridges.

As concern to your question.

Each new WP article automatically generates a new thread in the message board.

This can be done easily using XenWord.

The comments in that thread are synched with disqus comments. So a user posts via disqus and the comment appears in the message board and vice versa.

If you want to sync comments with disqus, then you need custom solution for that.
When a comment will published on XF or WP that will sync to disqus.

But I recommend custom solution, If your most requirements in favor of disqus.
