When is it important to think about how all these wonderful upcoming addons will work on mobile devices ?
Should they be tested with the XFS Mobile Skin ?
Any other ideas ?
Not worry about it until later ?
Not worry until Xenforo has a Mobile Skin ?

AWESOME!

How much will this cost? Also, when can I get my hands on it. This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. My community has been getting built to this in small little addons, but this will make it absolutely perfect. I hope it is not too expensive, but damn it what an addon!

Guys, first of all, thank you so much for making this addon! I can't wait until it is ready to go :D

Currently I have wordpress installed too, will this clash with it?

Thanks.

Thanks for so much interest.

About the price. This addon will have module structure (Thread Tweaker, Personal Blogs, News, etc.). Core will be open source so people can look at the architecture but core is just a framework and doesn't do anything itself. Modules will be paid and thei price will be about 30$ for each module.

The modeles will be released continously. First will appear Thread Tweaker (includes Public Blogs, Nested comments), Personal Blogs, Tags and Router Module. After that News and Widgets Module appear. Later Wiki.

This sounds fantastic. I can't wait to see how this will turn out in the weeks and months to come. I gladly offer my service as a tester, but given the fact that I have not been all that active around here, I do understand if you don't feel like "inviting" me. I'll definitely stay tuned to the thread tho. :)

Keep it up!

Oh man that is so awesome. I was thinking about the threaded display last night. Would it be possible to tweak them to make them look like this for its release?

Sorry for the crappy editing, it is just an example. I think it would look really like that. The user info is displayed on a horizontal bar, so it still has some function as opposed to almost none.
The bottom post should also be inline with the "Dynamic" post. I left it out and did not save the file :/

Thanks.

Yes it's possible. There are postbit settings for root comments and child comments.
So you may use one of 4 postbit types for root comments and another for child comments.

Need the news module urgently... which module in your site is actually the news module? I can see only blogs now

That looks great.
Thanks man. It is just a crappy mock up, not really anything special. But I was thinking about why people never liked the threaded view on forums, and I could only bring it down to this. If it had "linear" features, then the transition would not be so bad. Lets face it, threaded is much better from a readability point of view anyway.

If they make the threaded view like this, I am sure more people will switch to that view for their forums.
