When I had them already enabled. Was there a change that reset our preferences?

Actually this only on my PC, other devices are still enabled. I can’t think of anything I did that would’ve disabled it unless logging out/in does?

For the most part the push subscription should remain, even when you log out. We have seen that sometimes a push endpoint URL can become totally unavailable - 401, 403, 404 or 410 errors when trying to send a push notification usually indicate that the push subscription is invalid, in which case we just remove it, which would require you to resubscribe.

This should be pretty rare though, so probably just safe to ignore for now.
