How do i fix it?
It's sending the emails but it keeps throwing those errors.

You are using XenForo SMTP, not this add-on.

They are not getting the emails though.

Just accepts it and never sends the email. You know how to fix?
 
It the email shows up in Mandrill system then you may need to check for domain configuration etc. Check Mandrill document for that.
