XF 2.0 Auto File Health Check Returns Warning

So after my update yesterday to 2.0.3 I had an issue that Chris D took care of. Overnight the site ran a file health check and returned this warning {see below}, which was a file in the issue yesterday.

Is there a way to turn off this alert as this is a needed file?

I did add some debugging code in there to ascertain what the problem was. Perhaps I left some extra whitespace in there or similar.

Easiest thing to do is to just re-upload that file from the 2.0.3 download.

Then re-run the healthcheck.
