I'll go out on a limb here and say the correct answer is "When It's Ready™".

In the meantime, let's just enjoy all the rest of the HYS that are coming our way! For me, it'll be tough to beat this dark style addition, but I'm expecting the devs to be up to the challenge.

Version 5 of Invision Comunity is about to be released and a new version of XenForo is supposed to be released before them, right? Although the release of these two communities is not logical nor is there a supposed chronology, but xenforo is supposed to be released first as a main update, right?

There is no interlink. XenForo 2.3 will be released when it is ready. I presume Invision will do the same, as I highly doubt they have any more interest in our release schedule than we have in theirs.

As someone who is meh on dark modes myself, I can't say I'm pumped for dark mode specifically but the whole having variants within a style thing intrigues me.
