XF 2.1 After user promotion some user titles are wrong

I have set up a user title ladder and most of my users have the correct title, based on their post count. However, after some usergroup promotions ran a handful of users just had the plain title "Member" applied when it should have been something more elaborate. I have no idea where this came from and it is not something I applied to them manually.

Is there a cache rebuild job which will rebuild user titles please? Or a cron job I can run manually?

Promotions are only applied to recently active members.

Others will be promoted the next time they log in.

You can run the Rebuild user group promotions task in the Tools menu to apply it to all members.

Thank you for the reply. This turned out to be caused by me putting a custom title in one of the usergroups the users were being promoted to.
