It depends on your settings. After x clicks the ad will be hidden for that IP for x hours. I will make some changes to delete older entries.

But what does it do? Is the ip blocked from my site?

could someone please help me? I am trying to find the option in the settings the time duration for the email reminder, for the mail/notice which is send when an ad is going to expire. I think now its 3 or 4 days before? But I need to set it to a longer period... but can´t find it anywhere

I don't understand. I see no guest option on the option page. I have forum_list and forum_view excluded.

Also, are there any groups selected under "Exclude user groups from AdBlock detection"?

How can I set an ad to be shown only one time and not every x items? I'm using Item ID "X2".

X2 means after every 2 posts. Use a number instead. If you want it after 1st post, use 1. 2 after 2nd, 3 after 3rd post, etc.

The node "ID is NOT" feature in general options only blocks ads on the page that lists threads ("Forum_View," I think), not on the thread view page (where a thread is read).

Is this intentional, or a bug?
