Are there more predefined ad positions than XF2.1 has already?

If so can I get a list of pre-defined ad positions?

It is endless amazing, and if you find a spot which seems logical and is not pre-defined you can ask him to add one or find a way.
I am 100% sure you won't miss one, you will have more options then you can click trough

Improvements & Bug Fixes

Added the option to refresh lazy loaded ads every x seconds.
Added new admin option to set for which devices you want to enable AdBlock detection.
Added 3 new positions: Above thread post x container, Above conversation message x container, Above profile post x container
Ad options "Enable lazy loading" and "Display without wrapper" have been added to the package as well.

Bugs Fixed
"Enable lazy loading" ad option only working for admins.
Position criteria "Item ID" flag case...

We lost all of our ads on EWRporta_articles_index after the update.

I forgot that some developers use case sensitive template names so I cast them to lowercase. Please re-download the latest version and let me know if it is ok.

It looks like the JS files were not updated. Please make sure everything is up to date and then rebuild add-on data.

I disabled the add-on, uploaded the files again and then rebuilt but still same "issue".

You shouldn't get it after the upgrade but I will make a change in the next release to prevent that.

Yes CloudFlare.
I uploaded JS files again and rebuilt the add-on but i'm still getting those errors >_<

If you are using a CDN, make sure that the CDN is updated as well to use the new JS files.
