Addon Which Messages User When Their Resource is Bought

I would like to request an addon which messages a user when their resource is bought.

XenForo doesn't process the payments so it's not possible for XenForo to know when a resource is purchased.

Well when someone clicks the purchase button a message would be dispatched to the addon owner.

Since payment isn't handled in XF that's not really feasible. It'd have to message them every time the buy button is clicked which wouldn't have a 100% conversion rate.
