This way, like with any other report, such as post, all the staff will be able to see it.

This would be used to report things like spam bots, offensive usernames, etc.

Search works perfectly fine - I just found that thread using the simple term "report".

It's random (best way I can describe it)

I can search for it and bring up nothing. Do it again and it finds something.

I found it using "report user". The search here works fine, Adam.

*facepalm* I didn't even think of that. I searched "user profiles."

Of course it will find it now... It's current.

Look for something 3 years old, with maybe 1 reply in it. 50 / 50 chance of finding it.

    We'll agree to disagree though

When I searched "user profiles," I did get results -- 10 pages in fact. However, I couldn't find that thread Jeremy linked to, which you'd think I would because it contains the word "profile."

The search is built using "AND" and not "OR". This thread is not the place to discuss the merits of XenForo search.
