XF 1.5 Add Image Below Forum List?

As the title says how would I add an image below the forums but not in the footer. Here is a photo of the area I am curious about(red square) http://prntscr.com/eci8ik

That is an ad location, actually. Couldn't you just edit the template for that position to insert an image?

Check Templates -> ad_below_bottom_breadcrumb

Never mind I'm dumb it was a browser caching issue. Thank you for the assistance.
