XF 1.1 Add Confirmation Prompt to Ignore

I've had a number of people complain that they don't see another members posts, only to find out that they accidentally added them to their ignore list. What's the easiest way to add a prompt to the link in the member card?

I would guess the best way would be to have the Ignore link actually just trigger an overlay, which loaded a template which passed the user parameter to it, that said "Are you sure?" with the Yes, going to the proper ignore link http://xenforo.com/community/members/dba.9408/ignore and no closing the overlay...

But have I read somewhere that an overlay can't trigger an overlay? That might be the problem.

As a quick fix I removed the 'FollowLink' class and added a _blank target. This way it at least takes them to a new page asking if they want to ignore said user. Not very "xen" like but it'll have to do until I can figure out something better.
