XF 1.1 How to IGNORE forum moderator outside of his domain?

There are 2 conflicting persons, one of them is a moderator (ordinary, not super). Another would like to ignore him in subforums, where first one is not moderator, just the same user as he is. But attempt to add his name into ignore list fails with message like: "You cannot ignore stuff". Can you make the ignore-functionality conditional - so that it will depend on which subforum is viewed?

No, the code to not ignore staff is in the PHP files.

You will need an add-on to do this.

May I ask developers to improve ignore feature right in core of version 1.2? You see, it's too rude (imprecise) tool, because it deprives people of equal rights even where they are.
