IF you've refreshed the page that you coppied the api key from, it likely rolled a new key for you. Once you're there, get the key, close the window immedietly. Then update your forum with the key. I had this issue before when running my own chatbots back in the day with twitch. I generally leave tabs open then later reboot and forget, click on the tab and key would change.

Flushed the cache same issue, and you cannot get a new key, twitch says you cannot change it.

Getting an error when I try to force scrape as well.

lets cover the bases, you created your own app here correct?

then you made it look like this only with your app info correct?

Then the client ID is the info you copied and pasted into the twitch API Key: field @ yoursite.com/streams/services like this

Mine looks exactly like yours minus the name and redirect URI which I have as localhost, I also added this guys twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/solidarityclan as at the time of posting this he is streaming, then I did a force scrape, nothing shows on the live streams, however if I click on his channel within channels it comes up on my site no problem, just the main function live streams part does not work.

Rather oddly if I add a game and force a scrape it shows every single live channel in the live streams section. Would you rather I posted screenshots so you can see exactly whats going on?
 
Ok, I reuploaded through winSCP (server side) the files as I was typing the above, updated the mod and now its working, that was the third time I uploaded the files, however first time I did it server side, no idea what the issue was but all working now.

was actually going to recommend uploading again.
glad its working for you now :D
i went to your site just to check out what you've got going on. You need to configure your non-www url. Your site is only accessable under www.clubsgaming.com and not http://clubsgaming.com. Not sure how many people don't type www but i'm one of them.
if you're not sure how to do that, in your DNS records, make a new A record without anything typed into the "host". You should already see one with www in the host A records.
Also as a visitor, i don't actually see any forum posts. That might be by design, but being able to read content from your site both with crawlers and guests will help with getting more people onto your site.

The A record is set, this must be a new thing, no idea why thats happened but I'll get that sorted thanks.

My sites closed by design, its a niche market anyway so folk find it who want to find it.

You're using a WAY out of date version. Update, and read the FAQ.
 
Can i change the address for the update ? Because the buyer of the addon has leave our staff...so if i give you his mail address and his name could you do something ?
 
How we know if the Client ID is good after put it in API Key on the "services" section ?

Did you know how much take it before is work ?

I put my client ID on the API KEY, i can't add new channel now, always same error message with client id not specified, so i need to waiting now ? Thanks you for your answer and your help ! :)

You guys MUST upgrade to the newest version to continue with Twitch support. Thats just how it is. If you haven't upgraded, it doesn't matter how long ago you put in your Client ID, it will never work.

Its an ignorable error.
 
How should I upgrade? Where can I download it? Is it MY FAULT that twitch has a messed up API?!?! I payed 40 bucks for this plugin, sorry that I am asking questions if something is not working correctly, WOW.

I'm saying if the Twitch API is reporting that a channel is offline, there is nothing I can do about that.
 
Do I need an API Key from Hitbox to have them send me thumbs over https? Or should default settings in this Add-On be enough?

The Client ID goes in the API Key field for the service on the services edit screen. This issue has been explained for the past 3 months. I've been constantly warning people that this was going to happen, but no one listens and no one reads change logs. Nor does anyone read the FAQ.

Hitbox does not require an API key. They do not serve their thumbnails over https and there is nothing I can do to change that.

So when Hitbox says this on their DEV sites, its not true?

Because if I change thumb links to https, they show the same image.

Sorry, if there is something I dont get here.
