Not planned 1.3B2: remove multi-quote messages

@Mike those popups saying "Message added to multi-quote" and "Message removed from multi-quote" are ugly... the background color effect when clicking on "+Quote" is enough...

This is actually easy to control yourself.

Simply find the phrases that appear, and delete the text content of them in the Admin CP.

Do not delete the phrases, just the text within.

That prevents the alerts from showing.
