Unmaintained [XenConcept] Username Change 2.1.9

• Fix the approval system for XF 2.1
• The add-on is compatible with XenForo 2.1

The add-on must be installed in version 2.1 of XenForo.

• Added two missing sentences
  • xc_username_change_yes
  • xc_username_change_no

• Replacement of the following sentence xc_change_username_new_username by xc_username_change_new_username
• Add a preference to choose if you want to receive emails or not when you change your username

Fixed the bug with the following permissions

• Can view own logs
• Can view any logs
