This add-on allows the user to change their username.

You can set a day number between each change.

The user can make his change private so as not to show it to the other users.

You can delete the change history.

It uses the same verification methods when registering. After I can make an option to have to approve all username

I just tested I do not have this error.

It's defiantly not Jack B's add-on. You will get 'it is not related to my add-on' response but you just have to keep trying.
