Zero support. No response to tickets & no response to the add-on thread. Someone else needs to take over this add-on ASAP.

Hello! We are sorry for the problems with support we are having sometimes, but we always keep developing the addon and all issues eventually get resolved. You have used the beta version of software which is in active development yet, and we appreciate reporting any problems you have found. We contact you back in the ticket your have opened but didn't get any reply yet. Please reply us there so we could troubleshoot your issue fully.

Terrible next to no support. Really disappointed. I needed urgent help had to wait weeks for a response. Moved onto a competitors platform rather.

Bad support. Don't use their ticket system because of slow response. Also here no response even if they post in other Addons Threads of them.

I've had this for over a year and with the exception of a few updates, all of them have been problematic. In two of them, the software became useless, others, I lost all my client stats (try explaining that to your clients).
I feel this add-on has great potential but the support is incredibly terrible. The most recent update broke xenForo and the only way to get my site back up to fix it through trial and error. I finally got it running by running re uploading the last files with the current XLM. (go figure). NOTE: You cannot roll back the xml once you take the nail biting leap of faith.
I've had a request for help here for almost a month now (no sign of the developer). I assume if I went to their home site, I might get help but I do not want to do that because it doesn't make this designer accountable like it does here. Anyone making add-ons for xenForo should be willing to answer posts "here". Sorry to give this 1 star but you deserve this. You took my money last month, I want it back this month. You are updating other add-ons here. Why are you not answering your clients?

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, unfortunately our support wasn't good at all last times, but please be sure, this is not because we have given up supporting or developing our products, but only due to high load with some custom projects and because I was on vocation last month, and I am the one who is responsible for this and some other addons. We are going to activelty develop the products further, implement new featueres etc. With any specific issues please contact via Support Center and we will address them immediately.

support has dried up, future improvements are unknown, future support is questionable......add-on works ok but the feature most requested by our advertisers, recurring payments, isn't available and there aren't any indications it will be added. automatic renewal notices for advertisers and multiple file uploads per ad spot would be nice also but there's no way to know what's happening as they've stopped responding

The addon is really heavy and generates many cache files without any reason. Upgrade or rebuild the cache is a nightmare even with 15 banners.

Support also took 1 week to reply my ticket and their answer was "Sorry for the delay with this. We are just too overloaded with other tasks now."

So..if you are overloaded to give support and answer a simple ticket, what can we expect from you?

Hello,
The addon does not generate the files without any reason of course, but it does generate them to support extensive list of features it has and to avoid MySQL queries. We have resolved several issues with cache already, and highly recommend usage of APC/XCache to avoid such problems, which should not be a problem if you are going to run a fully-featured ad server. Let us know if you have any other problems with the product.

I just purchased this for one of my sites and the flexibility is outstanding! I am pretty amazed at what it does. It will be on both my xenForo forums and is replacing OpenX Ads (now Revive) on one of them.

Seriously excellent adserver.

I love the ajax rotation of banners in a zone :) And I love that I can stick a banner pretty much anywhere with the 'hooks'.

The product is great and the developers are awesome. I've had Ad Server for two months now. The few bugs I found which were nothing major were fixed very quickly. One was even patched in less than 24 hours. It's hard to find service like that!
