[WMTech] Hide IP Essentials 1.0.1

Description / Features:
This add-on provides an useful extension to the default XenForo "Can See Ip Address" permission and makes it possible to assign permissions to user groups or even individual users to hide their ip information even to users with such permissions.

You can also assign a "Do Not Store Any IP Information" permission, which prevents any ip addresses to be stored in XenForo's ip and session tables for such users, making it impossible to check their ip in any content or to search their ip addresses for any reason.

The features of this add-on are useful in many circumstances and environments.

If you, for example, allow your moderators to see ip information but do not want the moderators to be able to see your location as admin. Or, if you use a hidden account which should not get associated with your usual admin account by your moderators. Or, if you have a user you trust but often uses VPN addresses that trigger your spam detection.

Permission Control Options For All Users and User Groups:

1. Hide IP Address
   User IP information is hidden from all users with XenForo default permission to see ip informations.
2. Can See Hidden IP Addresses
   Those users are exempted and can see ip information even from users set to be hidden here. Of course they also need the default permission to see ip information in XenForo.
3. Do Not Store Any IP Information
   Users with that permission do not have any ip information stored ever. This cannot be overridden and also not recovered.
