[WMTech] Hide IP Essentials 1.0.1

We've taken a drastic step and decided not to store any IP information on our users after they've reached 3 posts. After the 3 post promotion into a Full Registered usergroup, no IP data is stored in the XF database which means that even admins are blind to IPs. This addon has helped us accomplish this and has worked great.
