Hi everyone,

Note: this version requires the latest update to the UI.X add-on version 1.0.7. The add-on can be downloaded from your customer area at Audentio.com.

We also offer installation ($15) and upgrades (starting at $99 - but if you set it up properly its free because its just one click) for those who would rather we take care of it for you. Any major issues will be fixed and we'll set it up so you only have to click a button moving forward.

If you want to do this yourself, here are the steps for installation and upgrading. We highly recommend testing any theme you buy or product locally before trying it out on your live board.

Installation instructions:

1. First, you will need to go to audentio.com and login to your customer area.
2. Go to your license for whichever product you've purchased. Click 'Download UI.X Add-on'. This add-on is used for functionality purposes as well as downloading the theme itself. This add-on is required.
3. After downloading, extract the .zip files somewhere, and upload the contents of /upload/ to your XenForo root directory
4. Grab the .xml file in that extracted .zip and install it via the ACP add-on manager.
5. Once the add-on is installed, go back to your customer area and generate an API key.
6. Once this is done, you can go to Appearance > UI.X > Styles (in your sidebar) and you should see the product you purchased with an install button next to it. Click that.
7. There will be some options. Follow the instructions to install automatically (note that you may be prompted to CHMOD your directories). You may also install manually, there are instructions in this area under a tab called 'Install manually'.
8. If you ever get stuck, we are a ticket away!

Upgrading instructions:

UI.X must be considered a software sitting within XenForo, especially days after a major release. So it must be tested. In fact, if you are uncomfortable, wait a few days for those who are fine beta testing to run through and find some bugs.

1. Fluid width issue for guests that added some margin on the right should be fixed. We changed up the structure a bit and so if your theme was fluid and is now fixed, make sure to check your settings in case they were changed in the update
2. Text hamburger icon moved to the left for left off-canvas menus
3. @uix_threadSlidingStyle style property has been routed to the element that actually triggers the slide-out function
   
4. Ability to toggle signatures from view. In other words, if you have a large signature problem, you can actually limit it to whatever pixel height you want. Either by default (in user preferences) or forced with usergroup permissions. This can also be done on hover or with a trigger. For touch devices the trigger will stay, if the signature is not hidden of course. This should help consolidate post views tremendously and cut out useless/obtrusive signatures for your users if they do not want to see them.
5. Off canvas sidebars, hopefully once and for all, will style third-party add-on links better.
6. Updated fontAwesome to latest version 4.4.0. This includes the iconator. But you will need to grab the list and update it yourself if you are upgrading the add-on. The value for that is:

7. Polygon avatars supported - hexagon, octagon, diamond, circle, square, and pentagon supported - will change the way the avatars are clipped for a fun effect. If you had circle avatars disabled, you'll need to set this from circle to square in this new setting as the old was deleted and there is no way to make that reflect here without manually setting it.

9. Chrome media theme color supported in the browser. This means for Chrome and perhaps future browsers, you can control the color of the address bar. There is a color palette value that has been added to control this. Leave blank to remove this functionality.
10. Search in the tablinks would sometimes not display, on pages such as features threads. This has been fixed.
11. Finally, backstretch JS support. Add one image or multiple images and have a slideshow for a background, all preloaded and controlled by the JS. Defaulted to off of course and does not add any load time whatsoever. Just a fun extra feature to play with.
12. Issue with hashes in links in bbcode has been addressed
13. Permalink to a post would sometimes not account for the height of sticky bars, this should be fixed
14. Cache busting added to UI.X! This means upgrading should be easier as cached javascript will be reset based on the version of UI.X. Sorry for taking so long to add this in.

We have a new update for XenForo 1.4.9 as well as some minor new functionality and bug fixes. ALL bugs reported to us that we could replicate have been fixed.

Note: this version requires the latest update to the UI.X add-on version 1.0.4. The add-on can be downloaded from your customer area at Audentio.com.

We also offer installation ($15) and upgrades (starting at $99 - but if you set it up properly its free because its just one click) for those who would rather we take care of it for you. Any major issues will be fixed and we'll set it up so you only have to click a button moving forward.

If you want to do this yourself, here are the steps for installation and upgrading. We highly recommend testing any theme you buy or product locally before trying it out on your live board.

Installation instructions:

1. First, you will need to go to audentio.com and login to your customer area.
2. Go to your license for whichever product you've purchased. Click 'Download UI.X Add-on'. This add-on is used for functionality purposes as well as downloading the theme itself. This add-on is required.
3. After downloading, extract the .zip files somewhere, and upload the contents of /upload/ to your XenForo root directory
4. Grab the .xml file in that extracted .zip and install it via the ACP add-on manager.

UI.X must be considered a software sitting within XenForo, especially days after a major release. So it must be tested. In fact, if you are uncomfortable, wait a few days for those who are fine beta testing to run through and find some bugs.

1. Width toggle defaulted to fluid didn't work quite properly for guests on resize, has been fixed
2. Minimal search now works on older versions of Android such as 2.2
3. Click twice on main navigation for desktop (mistake) has been fixed, will still do this for mobile because we think its the only way to open dropdowns if they are required (sometimes they are)
4. Sticky sidebar didnt render quite perfectly when page width is toggled
5. Collapsing user postbit information will allow you to move your mouse inside the entire postbit without collapsing
6. Collapsing sidebar is now done with CSS in a file as opposed to inline
7. Created style properties for subforums in the node list, for read and unread
8. Stay logged in on the dropdown login modal broke to the next line, decreased the font size to fix

Not a huge release here just wanted to make sure we got an update out for XenForo 1.4.7.

2. Remove @uix_alwaysShowNavDropdownArrow style property.

4. Add to UI.X Navigation style properties a dropdown for dropdown arrow style
   
5. Improved formatting and organization of uix.debug(). Also include more variables to further help debugging.
   
6. Touch Friendly Nav option also makes hovering dropdown arrows correctly trigger the menu if arrows aren't enabled but show arrows on hover is enabled.

Hi all,

This release, for those who have been upgrading with every update, just has minor bug fixes and is not necessary. 1.4.6 is complete compatible with UI.X 1.4.5.X. If you are coming from a version prior than 1.4.5.X, make sure to read through some of the documentation before upgrading. UI.X uses an add-on now for features XenForo limits to add-ons. The add-on can be downloaded from your customer area at Audentio.com.

We also offer installation ($15) and upgrades (starting at $99 - but if you set it up properly its free becauses its just one click) for those who would rather we take care of it for you. Any major issues will be fixed and we'll set it up so you only have to click a button moving forward.

If you want to do this yourself, here are the steps for installation and upgrading. We highly recommend testing any theme you buy or product locally before trying it out on your live board.

Installation instructions:

1. First, you will need to go to audentio.com and login to your customer area.
2. Go to your license for whichever product you've purchased. Click 'Download UI.X Add-on'. This add-on is used for functionality purposes as well as downloading the theme itself. This add-on is required.
3. After downloading, extract the .zip files somewhere, and upload the contents of /upload/ to your XenForo root directory
4. Grab the .xml file in that extracted .zip and install it via the ACP add-on manager.
5. Once the add-on is installed, go back to your customer area and generate an API key.
6. Once this is done, you can go to Appearance > UI.X > Styles (in your sidebar) and you should see the product you purchased with an install button next to it. Click that.
7. There will be some options. Follow the instructions to install automatically (note that you may be prompted to CHMOD your directories). You may also install manually, there are instructions in this area under a tab called 'Install manually'.
8. If you ever get stuck, we are a ticket away!

Upgrading instructions:

1. First, and foremost, make a backup of your theme. A backup of your site as a whole is never a bad idea either especially if you are going to production board
2. Second, disable the UI.X Add-on. This will cause some PHP errors if you are missing tables, so its best to just disable it. If you do accidentally forget, you must add $config['enableListeners'] = 0; to your library/config.php file, then start back at step 2.
3. Download the latest version of the add-on, located in your downloads area as a green button
4. Upload the contents of the /upload/ folder within that extracted zip folder to your root XenForo directory
5. After that has finished, go into your XenForo ACP and click on the UI.X add-on. You will get a modal that says upgrade add-on. Browse for the .xml of the add-on that was in the .zip file and continue
6. After that has finished, you can choose if you want to update the theme via the add-on or manually. We recommend doing it automatically so that is how we will continue in step 7.
7. If you go to Appearance, on the sidebar you'll see UI.X > Styles. Click Update next to the style you want to update, or you can install fresh here as well.

After upgrading has finished, you may need to run through and change a few style properties or merge some templates. If you get stuck WE ARE HERE TO HELP. We want your site to be working properly and for you to love the final result. Post in the thread or create a ticket at audentio.com!

UI.X must be considered a software sitting within XenForo, especially days after a major release. So it must be tested. In fact, if you are uncomfortable, wait a few days for those who are fine beta testing to run through and find some bugs.
