• Fix incorrect link generation in cases where content does not have any threadmarks.

• Compatibility tweak for add-ons which extend the <xf:pagenav feature by allowing $threadNavTotal/$threadNavParams/$navLinkPrefix to be set for normal thread modes (and similar for Conversations)

• Fix "If-Modified-Since" support for rss feeds

• Implement If-None-Match & If-Modified-Since support for Threadmark rss feeds to ensure reduced queries
