Please define usergroups that can be allowed to post links. Also provide an option of moderating posts or threads that contain links. some links may be good links so they may need to be moderated and aprroved before getting published

Nice add-on.
It would be perfect if this add-on allows me to choose usergroups (for exapmle admins) which can post links despite the whitelist..
