Editor Fonts - Additional WYSIWYG Fonts

Editor Fonts - Additional WYSIWYG Fonts 1.0.6

No permission to download
Changed:
  • Replaced direct local public-data filesystem writes with XenForo's abstracted data:// filesystem and XF\Util\File helpers.
  • Font installation and upgrade now copy all fourteen bundled WOFF2 files to data://xq-editor-fonts/ so the active XenForo data adapter determines the physical destination.
  • Global @font-face URLs are now based on a URL resolved in PHP with XenForo's applyExternalDataUrl() helper and supplied to PAGE_CONTAINER through a scoped templater_template_pre_render listener, avoiding unsupported direct PHP method calls from template syntax.
  • Uninstall now removes the known font files through XenForo's abstracted public-data filesystem rather than assuming a local data directory.
  • Added a 1.0.6 upgrade step that recopies all fourteen bundled fonts into the currently configured XenForo public-data filesystem without deleting pre-existing copies during upgrade.
  • Updated README storage, upgrade, uninstall, external-storage, and template-integration guidance.

Preserved:
  • All fourteen bundled fonts and their existing licenses.
  • Fresh-install defaults: Anton, Comic Neue, JetBrains Mono, and Permanent Marker.
  • All existing font-selection options, FONT BB code rendering, Quick Thread support, editor integration, and alphabetical menu behavior.
  • No XenForo core edits and no provider-specific credentials, CDN settings, or storage-add-on dependency.
Added:
  • Added eight bundled font families: Aldrich, Bitcount Single Ink, Black Ops One, Bowlby One SC, Isometra, Lobster Two, Press Start 2P, and Slackey.
  • Added a 1.0.5 upgrade step so upgrades copy the expanded fourteen-font bundle into data/xq-editor-fonts/.
  • Added the GNU GPL v2.0 license text for the bundled Isometra file and expanded the font license map.

Changed:
  • Fresh installations now select only Anton, Comic Neue, JetBrains Mono, and Permanent Marker by default. Administrators can still select any combination of the fourteen fonts, including none.
  • Updated the ACP option explanation and README to explicitly document that bundled fonts remain available for FONT BB code even when they are not selected for the WYSIWYG font menu.
  • Expanded the editor configuration, font catalog, and global @font-face definitions for all fourteen bundled families while retaining alphabetical menu sorting.
  • Updated README and license documentation for the expanded self-hosted font set.
  • Rebuilt hashes.json using the XenForo-compatible hash behavior used by 1.0.4, including all newly bundled WOFF2 files.

Editor Fonts 1.0.5 adds eight new bundled font families, bringing the total from six to fourteen.
New fonts:
  • Aldrich
  • Bitcount Single Ink
  • Black Ops One
  • Bowlby One SC
  • Isometra
  • Lobster Two
  • Press Start 2P
  • Slackey

Fresh installations now enable only Anton, Comic Neue, JetBrains Mono, and Permanent Marker by default. Administrators can still select any combination of the fourteen fonts, including none.

Selecting no additional fonts leaves XenForo's standard fonts in the editor, while all bundled fonts remain available for existing or manually entered [FONT] BB code.

The eight new font files are bundled directly with the add-on and served locally. No external font service or CDN is required.

Licensing information and bundled license files have been updated for the expanded font set.
The package has also been verified against XenForo's File Health Check and reports all files present and correct.
Fixed: Corrected package hashes for the bundled WOFF2 files so they no longer produce false “Unexpected contents” warnings in XenForo's File Health Check. No functional changes to the editor or font behavior.
