Does this replace XenForo's existing fonts?
No. XenForo's existing font choices are left intact. The selected additional fonts are added to the existing menu.
Can I choose which additional fonts appear?
Yes. Go to Setup → Options → Editor Fonts and select any combination of the fourteen included fonts. You may also select none, in which case only XenForo's standard fonts appear in the editor.
Are the fonts downloaded from Google Fonts or another CDN?
No. Version 1.0.3 bundles the WOFF2 files directly with the add-on. They are installed locally and served by your XenForo site.
Does the add-on make third-party font requests when visitors browse the forum?
No.
Does it work with Quick Thread?
Yes. Quick Thread and other dynamically inserted XenForo editors are supported.
What happens to existing posts if I disable one of the fonts in the editor options?
Removing a font from the editor menu does not stop existing content using that font from rendering while the add-on remains installed. All bundled font families remain available for [FONT] BB code even when they are not selected for the editor.
What happens if I select no additional fonts?
Only XenForo's standard fonts will appear in the rich-text editor. The fourteen bundled font families remain installed and can still render existing or manually entered [FONT=...] BB code.
What happens if I uninstall the add-on?
The locally installed font files and the add-on's font definitions are removed. Existing [FONT] BB code remains in posts, but the affected text may fall back to another font on the visitor's device.
