Unmaintained [cXF] Social Icons in Header 1.3.1

What's new in version 1.3.1:

• if you use Font Awesome icons and have them already installed with third party style or add-on, then [cXF] Font Awesome Switch add-on is not required any more although it is recommended
• added aria-hidden="true" for Font Awesome icons
