XPress - A theme and bridge for bringing WordPress into XenForo [Deleted]

I am asked over ticket to disable plugins and check one by one.
Problem is powerbuilder comes with certain set of plugins which cannot be disabled without breaking the entire site. The whole site will be filled with abracadabra if we do. Powerbuilder is Elementor replacement from TemplateMonster.com

You should never have a addon installed that breaks the entire site if disabled. :(

Some WP add-ons change core functionality. They don't have a third party review process or market. So I see this happen quite a bit with some WP sites.

Sooo, a Wordpress addon being disabled could break your XF installation?
No. Very very unlikely and only a handful of (non-critical) pages at maximum. And it had to be actually breaking stuff when being disabled as in leaving broken data in your database.

Ok, then I am back to stating that a addon should not break your XF installation if it is disabled, if it does, it is coded improperly.

So just a quick question - is the Divi Builder plug-in (not the theme) playing nicely with XPress? I don't want to install it, start using it, then find out the hard way that things got screwed up.

How does this add-on handle TablePress tables? Would be ideal if it converted to table BB Codes supported by Editor and BB Code Manager add-on

We've given the Divi builder some testing and haven't seen any errors.

If you're using the theme or thread view for comments, your XF Bb codes will work just fine in all comments. If you promote an existing thread to an article, the bridge will attempt to render all Bb codes into Html, but if WordPress strips some parts out or your bb code requires extra styling or scripts, you're out of luck. So for the editor manager the tables are going to be converted to normal HTML tables, but I can't tell from the top of my head if WordPress will strip them or not.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I'm talking about going the other direction (assuming this is possible)...converting WordPress pages/posts which include TablePress Tables to XF posts. So, 1) can you convert from WP > XF, and 2) how does XPress handle tablepress tables -- convert to image, ignore, or convert to TABLE, TD, and TR BB Codes (I know this last option is unlikely, but ideal).

The only thing that happens in the other direction is a snippet of the article being rendered as quote without any markup whatsoever as first post for the thread.

Any estimated release date of the user mappings feature? Is it already under development? Do you suggest to purchase XenWord for user mappings?

No ETA for that at the moment, we haven't started on it yet, and don't plan on doing so before having the core product stable enough to focus on adding additional functionality. Can't make any suggestion on 3rd party products, haven't tried them.

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but how stable is the level 4 patch? I haven't upgraded, and am not familiar enough with the inner workings of the software to fix anything if it gets messed up. I'm pretty sure the software I have installed is patch level 1.

Best way to find out is to spin up a test server, something that every XenForo administrator should have access to.

Can WordPress plugins be integrated into XF2 such as WooCommerce and PowerPress?
Yeah, we've tested WooCommerce (though it needs some CSS love, it works well). Im not too familiar with PowerPress.

ETA: To be clear by integrated "into" Im not sure exactly what you would look for, but you can have a shop plugin or podcast plugin with this add-on they should not interfere very much.
