No, I'm dumb and uploaded it to my actual website with almost 40k members :/ Now no one can do anything on the resources because of the error.

In fact I thought I had handled upgrade from old versions but only did from the latest one...
I'll have to fix that and then you would need to run some commands if you have ssh access ?

It's been a full week and I haven't had my issue resolved. This seller seems to refuse to help me out. They said I had to pay for the fix even though it was on their end. I said it was odd but I agreed to pay and asked for the price. They have since reply to fix the error.

So the addon has bugs/issues and they want you to pay to fix them?

Yeah, pretty much. I upgraded from an older version and they said after I upgraded and had problems that they never tested older versions of it, and that's why I'm missing stuff. And it's going to have to be a paid fix in order to have it fixed.

I agree, but regardless I kind of just want this issue solved. So if they're going to hold it over my head, so be it. But it's been over a week and they still haven't told me a price yet, or replied to anything since early yesterday.

We were busy handling the upgrade of our forum to XF2.
I'll fix that no worries.
