The system creates an album for the contest.

So users will have to upload media into on album or how its works ?
what I want , is to remain the image of the winner, and rest to be deleted, is that possible?
About ribbon, it will disappear from user avatar once new competition starts , or ends ?

I use Mode 1
Submissions: 21 days
Voting: 7 days
I don't use the first/last day of month setting. I like the 21 days to enter and 7 to vote and a couple days breathing room until next contest (also allows discussion of the next contest).
You can also adjust that each month, so if you only want 3 days voting just change it.
You can try first/last day if you want but I found with timezones and cron it was not exact so switched.
