Where do I set the album cover image for xenmedia?

I have the permissions set for albums only, options have album enabled, but I don't see any link. Profiles and threads work perfectly, but I'm not seeing any link to add a profile cover on media albums.

Template modifications say the changes are being made (green).

It works for media category, a link appears, but no link appears for albums or individual media when all permissions are set.

Does this have a moderation queue option so that new uploads (or changes) are put into mod queue for approval first?
 
I just want to say, amazing support by Fred and the quality of the overall products functioning, unbelievable. I use this on a big board and it performs extremely well. When combined with other tools to auto thumbnail images for mobile delivery, amazing outcome.
 
You may want to talk a look at the following error, as when I disable this add-on the error ceases.
