I do believe this is one area that xensso can still delve into, being options for master control for such situations. The person obviously does the work on the slaves to disable profiles and such, redirecting them to the master.
Can I request user custom filed sync in next version, Naatan?
I have a field (Phone Number), I want to sync it between Slave & Master.
thanks.
Thx! Also, I am curious exactly how this works. I currently have a forum with over 12k members and a new forum with no members, so basically i can install this and all my 12k members can visit forum B and can login with same info correct? Does it show on the new site all 12k members as well or?1.0.7 is the latest stable version atm, I've taken 1.0.8 offline while I prepare an update to fix the issue people have been having with that one.
Thanks for your purchase![]()
Rather than reinventing the wheel with version two, is it possible to do something with this.

This SSO works as a master, you can use any slaves you want. The same as IPS offer, Naatan can develop a specific software app which plugs directly into this one.IPS Connect has no central application. In an IPS Connect network, one of the applications will serve as the master, and there will be any number of slaves working off it.
When writing IPS Connect, we had three main objectives:
- Single Sign-On must be completely automatic and effortless. After logging into any application in the network, the user should be automatically logged into all others. And similarly, after logging out, the same.
- The process should be completely transparent to the user. The user should be able to register an account, or update account information on any application in the network, and these changes should be pushed transparently to the other applications.
- It should be easy for developers to make their web applications compatible with IPS Connect - and they should be able to make their web applications serve as either the master or the slave.
the point I was trying to make, was why spend time and money developing two different but the same systems. If they are interoperable then when someone develops a wordpress plug in which they will then it can be used by us etc. This does IPS's aims already, being:
This SSO works as a master, you can use any slaves you want. The same as IPS offer, Naatan can develop a specific software app which plugs directly into this one.
This is not exclusive to XF, it is simply built for XF to XF networks. If someone wants one made for Wordpress, then Naatan can plug that into this existing infrastructure to my knowledge.
Naatan is the expert, though I do remember these discussions when this was being built, and if memory serves me correctly, it meets the above exactly.
I believe his next version will be even further streamlined, allowing greater flexibility for developers than is already present.
