Fixed xengallery transcode queue

Hello, after delete video file in Attachment Browser before conversion, now file was left hanging in the queue, and it seems created congestion, because next files not after converted

it is certainly my fault , but can you do something to clean queue, if a file does not exist ?

Yeah, that's not ideal.

For now you can delete the problematic item from the queue, or purge the queue by emptying the table. You would have to do this with something like Php My Admin.

Yes. I deleted a item... All next videos converted now

We've made some changes here now.

We throw an exception and notify the user if something like this happens in a couple of cases.
