That table is normally cleared of data over a day old and you currently appear to have 3.5 million records in it. Either the cron is not running to clear it or there are a lot of "searches" being run. Add-ons could be making it worse.

There's nothing for you to do. It will get cleaned up automatically.

You can try emptying the table in phpMyAdmin if you must then.

Sorry to dig this up, but could you tell me which cron handles this? My table is huge (15GB) and not being cleaned out.
