XF 1.5 XenForo2 system requirements list ?

Hi All,

Can anyone point me to XenForo 2 system requirements list ?

I have uploaded xenforo_requirements.php file to my server and it simply says all of XenForo's PHP requirements are met.

However, I like to have a look at exact requirement list.

Also, please confirm which version of PHP & mySQL are best for XF2's good performance ?

I understand PHP 5.4.0 & MySQL 5.5 are sufficient, but I need the best recommended versions.

Open the requirements php file to see what is being checked for.

We recommend PHP 7.2 for XF2 and the latest version of MySQL/MariaDB.

I checked with server support and I currently have below :

PHP: 5.6
MySQL: 5.6.40 (upgrades available to MariaDB 10.2)

I can get it upgraded to any version if that helps for performance of XenForo forum.

1) So, should I first upgrade PHP to 7.2 (& MySQL to latest) and then attempt the upgrade of XenForo from 1.5 to 2.0 ?

2) Not sure whats latest stable version of MySQL. Please share if you have idea.

3) Is it advisable to move from MySQL to MariaDB ? Will it help to improve XenForo performance ?

Well. I got confirmation from server support that the latest stable version of PHP is 7.2 and MySQL is 5.7

Should I first upgrade to PHP 7.2 & MySQL 5.7, and then attempt the upgrade of XenForo from 1.5 to 2.0 ?
