I’m on the hunt for a highly experienced developer to tackle the complex task of upgrading a forum from XF 1.5 to 2.3. This isn’t your average upgrade—it’s a beast. The site currently relies on a custom bridge that integrates WordPress posts into the XF 1.5 forum, and that bridge is now obsolete. The challenge lies in migrating those posts to a new, supported bridge while ensuring nothing breaks in the process. Oh, and did I mention the forum has nearly 300,000 users and close to a million discussions? Yeah, it’s massive.
