Looks unprofessional to set an add-on to something insanely high (so nobody buys it) and then have a free coupon for users with valid XF licenses, plus misleading. You can setup a group with a coupon and assign that coupon to the products you want to be free.
I do this for the Admin Center add-on we have. Current customers get the add-on free.
Me too excitingThis add-on work correctly on xF 1.5 ?
Thank you for this information.Yes it works fine on 1.5.
All known bugs for Xen Product Manager have now been fixed and will be released later today as version 1.2.3.
It was actually one year ago this week that I officially launched Xen Product Manager. I don't feel like the progress made has been substantial and for that I apologise.
I am committed to keeping it up to date, and stable, which I feel for the most part it has been. Some people's licenses have actually expired, already, and I don't think it's right to make people pay the £20 GBP renewal fee (plus £5 for branding free customers) to secure an update that arguably could have been released some time ago.
So, with that in mind, by way of an apology, any one with an expired now has had an additional few weeks added on to ensure they can download the new version being released today. Further to this, to apologise for the general sluggishness when it comes to updates and new features, I have also created a special coupon code:
6MONTHSFREE
This coupon code will allow you to renew Xen Product Manager for an additional 12 months for the price of 6 months, giving you 6 months of renewal for free. It is only valid between now and 31st December 2015 and will only apply to users who are eligible to renew their licenses.
I hope that helps, and I want to thank everyone for their patience.
Finally, I am planning some new features so I hope we can see them soon (but sadly no immediate ETA yet).
This update resolves the remaining bugs in Xen Product Manager.
Please see this post for more information:
