xen form

    I want to use xen form but I dont know how
    any guidness

    and how to build this template for my own ?
    I modify it but it did not work... I want to list some staff

    It's just <form, not <xen:form.

    <xen:form can only be used in the acp templates!
    Is this a "normal" template?

    yes it is a normal template ...

    Then you need to use <form just like onimua said;)

    Correct. xen:form is an admin-only tag, along with xen:controlunit and a vast array of others.

    why these are only for admin ?

    I did what I want without these tags ...

    Because their output is hard-coded and therefore not available for re-styling using the template system.
