No, themes will only work on the software they were developed for.

Actually @ThemeHouse is fixing to release a wordpress bridge for Xenforo 2 where your XF2 style will work on both XF2 and wordpress.

The style you use for Xenforo 2 will also work on wordpress with the add-on. You'll need to contact them to find out how much longer until they release it but this is what I have heard from @Mike Creuzer
