When "Enable writing before registering" is enabled and permissions it inherits have "Submit content without approval": No, on registration completed page user should not see "View your content" button, because his post is in approval queue and clicking the button will display error that message does not exist.

That's not correct. The person who has just registered whose content is awaiting approval will see the following and their post if it's a new thread:
If it's a new post in an existing thread they will be taken to the thread and see their post in the list:
