Lack of interest word censoring with reports

Hi

i was wondering if xf does have a word censoring feature?
if yes, is it possible to have another feature that anyone
who been flagged to have posted a censored word will
be reported to owner?

if user johndoe posted a Badword, xf will censor it.
then the owner will be informed that user johndoe have been posting a censored word.

There is a word censor but there is no notification as you have suggested.
