Do you plan on answering the actual question or are you going to continue to stall everyone like this @wmtech? We want a clear answer. We want XF 2.3 support. Will this support come or not?

Don't expect any answer or support from him; my bug report dated back 3 years ago still has no answer from him on his support site.
All his resources here should have been close a long time ago.

Will there be an update for version 2.3?

There was an unfriendly and never before seen aggressive take-over of our long-term product by another developer, who claims to have developed the same add-on by himself and chose the same name for it because it "is a generic and descriptive term that directly represents the addon's functionality" and "not a brand name".

We've reported that to the XenForo team and will not release any updates for our add-on here until that situation has been resolved. Our add-on is certainly still fully supported by us for our customers at our web site.

The other add-on has nothing to do with our product (hopefully) and we do not recommend purchasing it.

I have had an unresolved ticket issue on your site for years now; you just simply want to sell your outdated add-ons here without providing any kind of support.

All tickets are answered and resolved in a timely manner.
Please contact us at our site and we will look at it.

But it's true. We are the only developer still supporting XF1 products, because many of our customers still use XF1. That may seem outdated, but there is a good reason for several admins to still use the XF1 product and we'll support them as long as needed.
