Why is my site so SLOW to load

Wow mine was done in 2.3 seconds. That is slow. I'm not sure what you can do. I am doing everything I know to do by using Litespeed Webserver and using front end cache and memcache as well. http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/nhIh3/https://www.movietalk.zone

Yeah that does play a factor. I am on a dedicated server.

Disable all your addons and see if it improves

It can't be addons because I have other mybb forums on the same server that load forever too.

If it's a managed server, I would have your host check first. Maybe look at current CPU usage, etc ... anything to see why it's running slow. Since you say it's multiple sites affected, it's probably server related.

Yup created a ticket already. CPU and memory usage looks fine. Should definitely be server related...

could be web host server issues as re-running pingdom test for your site has 1.7s now not 20s, still doesn't help if you have 464KB sized header banner !
