XF 2.0 Why can't I extend "XF\AddOn\AddOn"?

It's not a class that has been tagged as extendable. What's your use case?
This is a class that is pretty fundamental to the add-on system, so extensions are quite possibly going to cause issues or cause unexpected behavior (such as when your add-on code isn't executed).
