Which Version of Photopost

I just purchased a site that has vbulletin 3.6.4 and photopost 5.0.2 installed as its software. It's a large site 800K+ posts and looks like 8 or 9K pictures in photopost.

Does the Photopost importer work with the version installed?

I don't want to pay to upgrade if I don't have too.

It's something that you would have to test, unfortunately.

I know we had one successful import from Photopost Pro 5.5.6 a while ago. I had to make some code changes to get it to work. But I would definitely use it tentatively, and preferably only under test conditions in the first place.

Thanks. That was going to be my plan. I wanted to make sure before I went to it that the possibility was there for it to work.

The import seems to have went well. Updating counters and rebuilding search now. No errors and everything imported correctly. The media counts are off as is forum counts. After rebuilding everything should be good.

Now that test worked it's time to do it again on the live site.
