A dofart can be anything really. It's something you can't quite think of it's proper name.

For example the Facebook like button, say you're having a dumb moment and for some reason you can't think what it's called, you would say something on the lines of;

That dofart button at the bottom what tells people on that crap site that you like something.

Dofart is a word that can be used all the time, epic in it's own way. It could also be used to refer to someone too.

Well it is closest along with Dragonfly's continual input that reveals this tool. The correct term for this is "Carpet Seaming Roller" , a seamer would probably be a loose term for the seaming iron.
Mine is a Gundlach 476 Carpet Tractor
