OHH is it a wine corker....i have not seen one like that but I can't see an object for a size legend of sorts so the way my brain is interpreting this is corking utensil . If not how tall is that in cm. or in.
My brain is using the grout-line of what looks to be a ceramic back-splash over a countertop.
