To be fair - most of the future fixes are usually "problem childs" that require something else to be broke in order to fix those. For example, a lot of people complained that the text toolbox wasn't really working their way, and the xenforo staff knew about this, so they put it in future fixes - and voila - it was fixed in 1.2, and then added features that were suggested...Complete everything in the future fix forum

One of the things I didn't like about vBulletin or IPB was somethings stayed pending forever. Always on the back burner and never resolved.

I agree. There are stuff from April 2011, which is 2.5 years ago.And whenever 1.3 comes into being, it could be something for them to look into.
Because 1.2 came along and a lot of those future fixes were still left alone.

I personally can see a great potential for social groups to enhance the forum experience when fully integrated into a bunch of other functionality that XenForo will offer, but that's a discussion for another day and a later version.
