It looks like you've had a user attempt to register who may be a spammer.
We submit a user's details to the StopForumSpam API, which records the usernames, email addresses and IP addresses of known spammers.
This user's username appears in their database 11 times.
You should either reject them (which will delete their account) or approve them and keep an eye on them for any suspicious spammer-like behaviour.
