XenForo only sells one main product, the forum software, so I'm not sure what the additional variety is that you're seeing.

They're all optional extras for XenForo (as indicated by the extras heading). Whether or not you want to purchase any of those, and which ones to purchase, all depends on your community needs. If in doubt, you probably don't need any of them (hence, don't tick anything and simply add to cart). You can add extras afterwards, as well.

It depends on what you want. The descriptions are there with details hyperlinks for more information. You can spin up a demo and try out the main product along with the optional extras and see if you need any of them. There's really not much more to it. If in doubt, you can add them later for the same cost.

Yes, just the main license.

Any others (RM, Gallery, etc) can be purchased at a later date if needed and folded into your current license. I would recommend purchasing it at the newer end of the valid license as it renews when your forum license does so if you buy it with 3 months left on the current license, you will have to pay the renewal fee for it when the forum license renews.
